Did you know? I get to photograph the most awesome families! These hardworking parents had 30 minutes, maybe 45, before work to schedule me in for their first family portrait session *ever*. My plane trip back to the west (later delayed >_<) was calling my name. Needless to say, there was a bit of a time crunch panic, but nothing a wedding day and working with kids for the past 10 years didn't train me for. It was so endearing to see these four bond together. This traditional family portrait wasn't just about capturing this family one moment in time, it was about sharing their connection to each other, in hopes that the rest of us build similar ones.
